Quick note on trilling for people who haven't heard the term before.
If 6(tr9) has been written, that means pick the 6th fret, and hammer on
to the 9th, then pull of to the 6th, and hammer on to the 9th over and over
as fast as you can.

TUNING: Eb, Bb, Gb, Db, Ab, Eb(in other words, every string down 1/2 step)
