Bebe пишет и исполняет песни еще со времен отрочества, к чему располагает деятельность её родителей - они пели в фолк-группе Surberina, но на профессиональную сцену она вышла только ближе к третьему десятку, став в 1995 году участницей группы Vanagloria, правда через год она уезжает в Мадрид изучать театральное искусство, но уже в 2001 году она заявляет о себе как о полноправном авторе и исполнителе песен, выиграв конкурс в Эстремадуре (Extremadura).
В 2004 году вышел ее дебютный альбом "Pafuera Telarañas", он был принят неоднозначно, но с большим ажиотажем (особенно после церемонии Latin Grammy Awards, где Bebe победила в 5 номинациях (и это рекорд конкурса!), включая категории "Открытие года" и "Луший альбом"), и всё из-за необычного стиля исполнения - ключевые слова, описывающие "Pafuera Telarañas" - "дэнс-поп", "фламенко", "броский", "альтернативный латино".
