After her participation on Dutch Idol 2003, she had her breakthrough with the song "Just be Happy", which reached the top ten in her homecountry. Her 2nd release, "I'm a fool", reached #22 in the Dutch Charts. Unfortunately this was her last solo-single.
In 2005, she incorporated a song with actress and sister Aukje van Ginneken. The song, "Be where you wanna", reached #23 in the Dutch charts.
