Austria, 1991 - 2001

Chris, Harry and Sascha started making music together as school kids, experimented with different band-outfits and had their first-minor-commercial release in 1993 as a five-piece, together with a keyboard-player and a singer. The music was pop, incorporating any style that the different musicians were into at that time.
In 1996 the keyboard player left. After a short moment of pause, the band leftovers decided to go on as a four piece-and soon realized that the music became far more distinctive after the change.
It became obvious that there was a direct connection between development and the quality of the output.
The band called Paradise Now! moved into a rock-direction and had their first major signing in 1996 (BMG). What followed was some kind of a local success story in Austria. Paradise Now! opened for U2 and The Rolling Stones, entered the album sales charts and toured Europe. 5 years and 2 records later Paradise Now! came to a hold. Following artistic differences Chris, Harry and Sascha split from singer Markus. Again, it was time to move on: http://www.corecosmos.com Read more on Last.fm.
