Big L - I Dont Understand It слова песни

[verse 1]There are too many mcs who are overratedYou ask me, they wasnt even supposed to make itIn the rap biz, they dont know what rap isSo give it up, become a actor or a actressOr a producer, cause you fail to use theMic right, so take flight before I bruise yaFor sayin those bull crap wack raps on waxYou need to get smacked, sit back and rip that contractHey yo, Im serious, big l aint playin gamesI should get foul and buck wild and start sayin namesBut deep down inside you know who you areYour rhymes are not up to par, you fake superstarAnd that really gets on my nerveWhen a rapper gets the credit that he dont deserveGoin platinum and dont have no soulSome rappers are mad nice and dont even go goldI dont like the way its goin downBecause it should be the other way aroundI dont understand it (I dont understand it)I dont understand it (I dont understand it)I dont understand it (I dont understand it)How mcs take this rap game for granted[verse 2]Mcs - whats goin on? I dont understand, man, how rappers cold transformOne minute youre hardcore and rawThats what you was known for, but not no moreYou changed, you rearrangedYoure not the same, your raps are blameThat explain why you lost your fameUsed to be on top, then you fell like rain dropsYou turned pop, now you no longer gain propsWhos fault is that? nobodys but your own, blackUsed to make fat tracks, jack, but now youre stone wackSo mcs, dont ever step out your rangeRemain the sameAnd only change with the timeUnless you get dropped like a dimeGo for yours like Im goin for mineBut if youre rough, stay rough, if youre dap, stay dapperAnd never try to look or even sound like another rapperJust fulfill your own needsSome rappers wore gold chains, and now theyre wearin beeds? I dont understand it (I dont understand it)I dont understand it (I dont understand it)I dont understand it (I dont understand it)How mcs take this rap game for granted[verse 3]This is how it should be doneIm not the one, and my raps is strong like gumBut some mcs grab the mic and sound dumbPlus slum (how come? ) rap skills they have noneAnd I wonder how the hell they records sellThey raps are stale and frailTheyre forced like fairy talesYour technique and everything you speaks weakYou got a little airplay because of your beatsYour fame and your name, but your lyrics are lame, blackStep to this and get ran over like train tracksYour raps border wack, and you went on tour with thatCrap, dont understand it, cause rhyme skills you lackI got more soul that nike airs, givin mcs nightmaresRappers be frontin hard, and rhymes they dont write theirsBut still call themselves mcsPlease, how could that be? I dont understand it (I dont understand it)I dont understand it (I dont understand it)I dont understand it (I dont understand it)How mcs take this rap game for grantedI dont understand it
