Louchie Lou & Michie One first crashed onto the Billboard charts with the underground single "Rich Girl," a track infused with LL & M1's own hybrid sound of dancehall reggae and R&B impulses. The song spread throughout the East Coast and the Caribbean, quickly becoming a dancehall anthem.
Today, Louchie Lou & Michie One have a new album, Seven Years of Plenty, and they are ready to make their mark on the world. With production coming from such in-demand producers as QDIII (Quincy Jones' son, producer of the majority of Ice Cube's, Tupac's recent hits) and multi-platinum UK producer Philip Leo.
