Dead by 28 has been lurking in the stagnant Detroit Music scene since 1999. In 2001 they became the first band signed to Legendery Detroit Producer Mike E. Clark's record lable B4 Records and remained on the lable until it folded in 2004. B4 Records released thier Debut CD entitled "The Spawning" in 2002 to critical hatred and they recieved the first ever Zero rating in "Alternative Press" magazine. The band followed up with an EP entitled "Ressur-Wrecked" and a split single called "Beating a Dead Whore" before leaving B4 Records.
In 2005 founding band members Keymaster and Dizman formed a new lable to release various music called "Black 13 Recordings". The band has released 4 Cd's thru Black 13 including the "Made in Hell" Trilogy of EP's and side project "Puddle of Blood(s)" full length cd "The 666th Symphony", and is currently working on a full length CD set for October release in 2010.
