Urban contemporary singer Kandice Love, also known as Kandace Love, got her initial break into the music business when she found an enthusiastic audience in "Thong Song" star Sisqó.

Kandice Love was signed to Def Soul/Def Jam but never released her album. She contributed to the well-received cuts "No You Didn't Say" to the soundtrack of Nutty Professor II: The Klumps and "No" to the soundtrack of Rush Hour II. She also contributed to Kelly Price's "Love Sets You Free" hit single with all the Def Soul family of artists.

Kandice Love is also known for having lent a touch of airy sweetness to LL Cool J's G.O.A.T. album track "LL Cool J.".
