1. The Catch was an english pop-duo formed in 1983 by Don Snow and Andy Duncan. They had a hit in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with the single «25 Years». In 1984 Duncan was replaced by Chris Whitten and The Catch released one last album in 1986.
2. The Catch was also the name of a short-lived UK group that featured Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart. The Catch released one single, 'Borderline', which did not chart in the UK. The band soon split resulting in Lennox and Stewart forming The Tourists.
3. The Catch is a rock band from Seattle, Washington. Formed by Carly Nicklaus (U.S.E), Amy Rockwell (Dolour, U.S.E), Jenny Jimenez on bass guitar and Alissa Newton on drums. The all-girl group released their first album Get Cool on Made In Mexico Records in May of 2005. On June 22, 2005, the band was the subject of a feature on MSNBC. Recently, Jimenez and Newton parted ways with the group, to be replaced by Shane Berry and Garrett Lunceford of The Divorce. Recent changes include Justin Harcus on bass replacing Shane Berry.
