1) A Dutch group formed in 1978 specifically for the song Windsurfin' to cash in on the windsurfing craze of that period. The studio recording was recorded by Breeze and The Internationals. Live performances were done by a different group fronted by Nico Fountain of Zaan Dijker.
2) A pop group from Los Angeles in the late 1950s and early 1960s who were notable mainly because they sang in their native Hawaiian
3) A band featuring pro-surfers Kelly Slater, Rob Machado and Peter King. Their one album was produced by T-Bone Burnett. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
