Стилистика этой группы из Омахи (штат Небраска) достаточно разнообразна и варьируется от панка до рэгги, и от фанка до рэп-металла. Команда была основана в конце 80-х Ником Хексумом, Чедом Секстоном и Тимом Махони, к которым чуть позже присоединился клавишник Уорд Бонс. Первая попытка ребят устроить набег на Лос-Анджелес окончилась неудачей, и Чед вернулся в Омаху, где начал джемовать с басистом Аароном Уиллсом и гитаристом Джимом Уотсоном.
