Существует три музыкальные команды с таким названием:
1) Американская христианская поп-рок группа из Сан Антонио (Техас). Состав: братья Джош (вокал) и Джастин Энглеры (гитара), их двоюродные братья Стивен (гитара) и Дэйв Вэлы (барабаны), а также басист Брайан Фоулер. Группа подписала контракт с ForeFront Records в 2007 году и издала первый ЕР "Abandon" в июле 2008. Их первый сингл "Providence" попал на радио и достиг 7 места на R&R's Christian rock charts. ABANDON is a five- piece sludge-Doom band from Gothenburg/ Sweden coping with the pain of life and the sickness of mankind and modern society. The band themselves describe their music as "a result of the continuous encounters between agression, spirituality, despair, sadness and pure anger". Lyrics deals with "the Abandon- familys lifes, experiences, struggles in it's various states of mind".

2) An American Christian rock band from San Antonio, Texas. They signed onto ForeFront Records in late 2007 and released the Abandon EP in July 2008. Their first single "Providence" was released to radios in August and has reached #7 on R&R's Christian rock charts. The group's name was inspired by the Bible verse of Joshua 22:3, which reads "God has directed us not to abandon any brothers". Abandon II EP was released on April 21, 2009 with six new tracks.
