It changes time signatures a lot, but it is all straight eighth notes. It helps to practice it witha metronome...just remember every chord doesn`t start on the one! Youcan do just about every chord without shifting your hand too much, except one. With that one you can either slide up to the E or do an E harmonic on the E string.
