Текст песни Schaliach - On A Different Day

Schaliach - On A Different Day слова песни

[Lyrics: Ole Borud & Peter Dalbakks][Music: Ole Borud]On a different day I enter the roadTo the old JerusalemI`m starting to walk the road as I can hearThe sound of a joyfull noiseI see a crowd of people who`s gatheredAround a man who looks so poorThat I never imagined could existHis dirty body is only coveredWith the shreds of his clothesHe is propably one of the homeless, a beggarThe lowest of them allYet he behaves like the most happy manI`ve ever heard or seenI can see his face, smiling and laughingBut I don`t know whyThe people around him is telling meThat this man has been healedHis whole life he has been blindBut now he can seeI say:<<Who has healed this man?>>His name is Jesus, they say He is the MessiahThe Son of God, the Prince of peaceSent down to earth to wash us clean from sinSo we can see the light of dayNo matter what wrong you have doneHe can forgive you from it allHust call His name and you will seeBelieve in Jesus, and all your sins must fleeSo I asked the man: <<where can I findJesus, the son of God?>>He sain: <<they nailed Him to a cross,They fulfilled the prophecies,That a man would die and rise againOn the third dayAnd that he would pay the price of guiltThrough a blood covenantI have seen His face, He is aliveHe has shown me His nail-marksHe said: go into all the worldAnd preach good newsGod loves mankind>>
